Uni-Blinds^® are assembled and permanently sealed within the double glazing cavity. Once sealed in this totally dust-free environment, the blinds require no cleaning, always appear new and are protected from damage.

 

Unlike external blind systems Uni-Blinds^® also provide greatly enhanced sunshading features and also enhance the u-value of a sealed unit.

 

They are available in venetian and pleated in a choice of colours, operated either by hand cord or electric.

 

Uni-Blinds^® venetian and pleated blinds are designed for use in double glazed units.

 

They are manufactured in accordance with high technical specifications and stringent production standards. The slat raising, lowering and tilting functions are achieved using a rotational magnetic transmission through the glass, guaranteeing the units hermetic seal. The raising and lowering is achieved using a continuous cord loop that drives the external magnetic device. An electrically operated system with numerous options is available.

Uni-Blinds^® provide much greater light transmission compared with other brands on the market ie “Push Block” blinds. Depending on the size this can be upto 20% of the viewable glass area.

 

The contemporary Italian design means that the operational components of the Uni-Blinds^® are in the head rail and do not require an unsightly additional frame which diminishes the viewable glass area.

 

Uni-Blinds^® offer all our customers 10yrs warranty on the sealed unit and 5yrs on the blinds.
